This will help us figure out what type of cleaning will need to be done after the event. This is a mandatory fee of $120.

All of the following are required to be used by trained staff or volunteers. Not garenteed this will be available for your event.

Sound (music, mic, video) flat rate of $100 for the first 2 hours then $25 a hour after

Video (on screens) flat rate of $50 for the first 2 hours then $25 a hour after

Lights flat rate of $50 for the first 2 hours then $25 a hour after

Camera 1 flat rate of 50$ for the first 2 hours then 25$ a hour after

Camera 2 flat rate of 50$ for the first 2 hours then 25$ a hour after

Musician 1 flat rate of 100$ for the first 2 hours then 25$ a hour after

Musician 2 flat rate of 100$ for the first 2 hours then 25$ a hour after

Musician 3 flat rate of 100$ for the first 2 hours then 25$ a hour after

We do not require any services for our event
